A note from Maria...

Let's get personal...I am a teacher but not your standard classroom teacher. I'm one of those teachers who just likes to teach and share with others everything I learn that benefits my life in hopes that it'll benefit theirs. Whether through workshops, classes, videos, dance, spoken word, or poetry, I enjoy sharing my life lessons and knowledge, with my experience of 25 years of human services and training, 20 years of public speaking, and 15 years of personal growth and development training. I use encouragement, honest love, and education to empower others to live their best version of their lives…now. My goal is to help others find spiritual, emotional and mental, and physical health so that they can make a positive impact on the planet, in the way that only they can.

I believe in, and live out, the principles of Super Sparkly Everything. It’s a way of living in all of the love, joy and abundance that we deserve. Getting to that place, first of believing it and then of living it takes some real work and you're worth it!
