The Love Journey- February 2024

The most powerful force on the planet is love. And, we cannot give what we do not have so we must be able to align with love, love who we are, all parts of ourselves and our stories, in order to give love without the need for reciprocity or resentment. This month may be the beginning of a new journey for some, a refresher or booster, or a way to stay aligned for others. Join us for a full month of reconnecting to love, and let’s find our way back to our natural state, one intentional thought, word, quote and intentional action at a time.

Days 1-15

During the first 15 days of the month we’ll focus on loving ourselves and realigning with all that makes us amazing and whole.

Day 16-29

During days 15-28 we’ll be taking all of that love that we generate and harness, and sharing it, in perhaps new ways, with others.

What To Expect

This is a journey. (Not a challenge or a goal that you have to hit.) As such, we must be kind to ourselves as we evolve and expand into love.

You want to have a journal available (or a portion of a journal) to capture the word and guidance of the day and anything that comes from your daily practice.
